Ceremonies of Love "Munay"

A large part of our happiness comes from the delight of our relationships with others. Once we begin to notice the ways in which our interactions enrich our lives, we realize that there is so much that we have to celebrate. Ultimately it is our connection with the people in our lives that helps us connect to the happiness that lies within us. Appreciating our loved ones and what they bring to our lives today will allow us to find that joy in each and every moment. You may be in the mood to celebrate today and seek ways to share your joy and gratitude with others.

  • Ceremony of Welcome
When we welcome an individual into our family—whether that individual is human or animal—a transformation takes place, a shift in the energy of the family unit. The birth or adoption of a child, the introduction of a spouse or stepparent, or the choice to bring a pet into our home can mark a new direction in the life of the family as a whole. A simple welcoming ritual can serve as the platform upon which every member of the household, old and new, gathers together to joyfully mark this new phase of family life. Encouraging every member of the family to take part in the ritual will foster a sense of unity and help members come together to grow into the new family paradigm as a group.

  • Ceremony of Spiritual Union
When two souls meet an explosion of unconditional love swirls around them and they KNOW they are soul mates…
Loving and committing to another person is a spiritual process we assume together. The true test of our love comes from our willingness to explore this world with another person; to not only share in the delights that we encounter but also to negotiate the bumps in the road together. By being able to love and care for someone else with an open heart, we will find that we can reach a greater level of personal transformation, evolving along our path and learning powerful lessons about ourselves that we might not otherwise be able to do on our own.

  • Ceremony of Evolution / Growth
While expressing our love without any strings attached, others will be grateful to us for loving them in conscious ways, specially our children when they are growing into adolescents searching for their own independence in decision-making about their lives. Taking care of our emotional needs allows us to form healthy, interdependent relationships. The people in our lives are there as companions on our journey and have their own purposes to fulfill. They are not here to keep us constantly entertained or meet our every emotional need. When we can relate to people in a way that our relationships add to our already full lives instead of becoming the center of our focus, we create interdependence instead of dependence.

  • Ceremony of Farewell
When the time to say farewell to a loved one comes, it is important to help his/her spirit to depart to the Light, to leave this physical plane, surrounded by love, peace and joy, as he/her is returning to his/her origin, to the source of all creation, where we all come from. His/her energy will always be with us, it does not go away from our lives, the connection is forever. The transformation from the physical to the light, to become pure energy, is sublime and beautiful and to accompany a member of our family through this trance is a demonstration of unconditional love, of detachment and brings inner peace to those staying in this earthly plane.
